He was predeceased by: his father Dana B McMillen; his parents-in-law, Paul and Sara Pepple; and his brothers-in-law, Lon Pepple and Mark Pepple.
He is survived by: his wife Debra (Pepple); his children, Kami Woltz (Isaac) of Findlay and Kyle McMillen (Gil Padia) of Oakland, CA; his grandchildren, Jared Hall of Columbus, Isabella and Lydia Woltz; his brothers, Al McMillen (Roberta) of Troy, Mich. and Kevin; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Williamson (Pepple) of Berea, Ohio, Sharon Pepple of Inlet Beach, FL. and Nancy Pepple of Findlay; and his friend Inlet Beach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to either the Armes Cancer Center or to Bridge Hospice in Findlay.
