He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Betts; his children, Mark Sica, Kelli Stahl (Roger), Jacqueline Bayes (Brent), Julie Vega (Julian) and Janelle Sica; and his grandchildren, Paige Stahl, Maddi Bayes and Kadin Crawford. He is also survived by his family and friends.
