He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ruth Hissong (Bates); his children, Fredrick Mark Hissong (Cheryl) of Palm Coast, Florida and Annette Lynn Taylor (Bill) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; and his grandchildren, Fredrick Adam Hissong (Baillie), Alyssa Ann Hissong, Eric James Hissong (Sara), William Lynn Taylor, Rachel Leigh Taylor (Reid) and Michael Langtry Taylor.
