He was predeceased by: his father Evert Lee; his wife Barbara "Sue" Lee (Lawrence); his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Shirley Lee; and his granddaughters, Allison and Amanda Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Lee (Cindy) of Bluffton, Mike of Findlay, Greg (Luann) of Findlay and Kathy Morris (Charles) of Adrian, Michigan.; his grandchildren, Amber Lee of Dublin, Evan Lee (Cristin) of Columbus, Matthew Lee (Annette) of Willoughby, Andrew Lee of Columbus, Angela Bergman (Scott) of Arlington, Melissa Weir (Tyler), Nicklaus Lee (Tessa) of Arlington, Ashley, Abigail Morris of Phoenix and Lindsey Carson (Greg) of Phoenix; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Clay, Brody, Eleanor, Gabriella, Emersyn, Carson, Nora and Julia; and his sister-in-law Francine Lawrence of Sylvania.
