She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Sr. Brook and Effie Brook (Stannard); her husband Edwin Flick; and her brother Harold Brook Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Nye (Tom) of Hamilton and Jeff Flick (Michelle) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Bethany, Matthew, Michael, Jenna, Audree and Lola; and her great grandchildren, Ava and Amelia.

Memorial contributions may be directed towards Mazza at the University of Findlay.
