He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Arras and Edna Arras (Schaller); his wife Joan M. Stultz; and his brother Morris Arras. He is survived by: his children, Dan Arras of Fostoria, Janna Petersen (Joe) of Loveland, CO and Lori Mihaly (Paul) of Loveland, CO.; and his grandchildren, Lucas Petersen, Hannah Krening (Petersen), Nicolas Petersen, Abby Hughes (Arras), Shane Arras, Amy Mihaly, Andrew Mihaly, Amanda Sexton (Mihaly), Anthony Mihaly, Alyssa Whited (Mihaly), Alayna Decleva (Mihaly), Aiden Mihaly, Anna Auffant (Mihaly) and Autumn Mihaly.
