He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bright and Nina Bright (Harris); his siblings, Russ, Don, Ron Hall and Alice M. Hall; and his grandson David Barnd III.

He is survived by: his former wives, Sandi Lanagan and Connie Miller; his daughters, Desirae Bright of Lima, Dawn Bright of Fostoria and Miranda Eagon (Kaylee) of Rawson; and his sisters, Bev Davis (Ernie) of Findlay, Kathy Cramer of Findlay and Merriam of Mansfield.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Edward to offset funeral expenses.
