He is survived by: his children, Christina Zepeda, Diana Turner (Larry), Lisa Sleek (Earl), David E. Turner, Jr., Jennifer Burdine (Johnny) and Brenda Miles (Scott); and his grandchildren, Austin Turner, Jacob Sleek, Joshua Sleek, Caleb Baldridge, Madilyn Baldridge, Johnny Burdine III, Lillian Miles, Amber Miller and Harley Jackson.
