With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Hoffman of Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Morgan and Constance Morgan (Crowley). She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Hoffman; her children, Stacey Hoffman (Shane Zielinski), Kim Greenberg (Doug) and Jamie Hoffman (Katie); her grandchildren, Hannah Barcum, Grace Barcum, Nathan Greenberg, Landon Greenberg, Addison Hoffman, Kendall Hoffman and Lawson Hoffman; and her siblings, Cheryl Foley, Richard Morgan and Jack Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's honor to the American Cancer Society.
