He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Day (Randall); and his siblings, Ralph Jr., Kenneth, Francis, Walter, Donald and Dorothy Howard.
He is survived by: his father Ralph Day; his former wife Judith Boyle (Ferrall); his children, Gary, Karla and Karin; his grandchildren, Jordan, Paige, Ian, Reese and Emma; his great grandchildren, Elias and Iris; and his sisters, Mildred Day and Lucille Lundquist. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
