She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick W. and Mary T. VanVoorhis (Mathias); and her brother William C VanVoorhis. She is survived by: her former husband Ed Kolhoff; her husband Richard Philipps; her children, Chris Kolhoff (Jeanna) of Findlay and Jeff Kolhoff (Julie) of Findlay; her stepchildren, Brian Philipps (Beth) and Christina Radabaugh; her grandchildren, Jordan Kolhoff (Bre) and Jared Kolhoff; and her sister Caryn Jones (Harry). She is also survived by thirteen step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Cheryl's name to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 750 Bright Road Findlay, Ohio 45840.
