He is survived by: his parents, Chase Breitigam and Veronica Hernandez (Eve) of Findlay, Ohio.; his siblings, Amir Breitigam, Josiah Johnson, Caine Breitigam, Alyssa Long (Ryan Brooks), Serena Gamboa (Francis), Alicia Agapiou (Josh), Matt Long (Dawn), Damen Long (Amber), Tara Johnson (Brian), Joseph Long III (Brandy) and Steve Karpuleon; his pet Zoe; his grandparents, Karen King, Ronaldo Hernandez (Bonnie) and Bobbie Breitigam; his siblings, Caesar Breitigam and Bobbi Jo Karpuleon; his grandparents, Joe, Frances Long Sr., Ramon, Carol Ortega III, Bill, Iola Swick and Christopher Michael Breitigam; and his birth father Chase Breitigam. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
