She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale A. Bell and Kathryn S. Bell; and also Barbara Leonardo of Indiana, PA.. She is survived by: her former spouse Thomas H. McGough; her children, Elaine M. Brannan of Michigan, Patrick T. McGough of Indiana and Brian J. McGough of Indiana; her grandchildren, Nathan Brannan, Evan Brannan, Ryan Brannan, Phoebe McGough, Dugan McGough, Ryker McGough and Ruddik McGough; her husband Kenneth E. Hornick; her stepchildren, Kimberly D. Hornick and Eric E. Hornick; and her brother Dale A. Bell (Tim) of Spring Hill, FL.
