He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Ray Betts and Ethel Adelia (Norman); his siblings, Ray Otis, Clarence, Edward, Howard, Robert and Janet Stockmaster; his grandson Jeff Sica; and his son-in-law Fred Sica.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth (Lauck); his children, C. Michael Betts (Sue) of Arcadia, Jennifer Moser (Lester) of Arlington, Bonnie Sica of Findlay, Debra Bowman (Gary) of Mt. Blanchard, Sally Burson (Miles) of Forest, Elaine Nichols of London, Holly Ramey (Ritch) of Marion and Peggy Nigh of Van Buren; and his sisters, Doris Lafferty of Arlington and Mary Schindler of Findlay. He is also survived by Twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
