She is survived by: her former husband Frederick Smith; her children, Rebecca Hench (Joseph) of Toledo, Chadwick Smith of Washington, DC and Jeffrey Smith (Heather) of Ann Arbor, Michigan.; her brother Mike Von Stein; and her grandchildren, Keiji, Abigail, Danielle, Thomas, John, Liam and Owen.
