She is survived by: her husband Steve Santos; her children, Josh Chambliss of Springfield, Ohio, Amy Chambliss of Freeport, Reina Hayslip of Findlay and Abby Hayslip of Findlay; her grandchildren, Travis, Cierra, Cameron, Brooklyn, Shane, Sarah, Nathan, Ashton, Malikah, Tyler and Colton; and her brother Terry Fields.
