He is survived by: his wife Karen Powers; his children, Christine Powers and William Powers Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Josh (Emily), Kari (Bo), CJ (Courtney), Katelyn, Sarah, Lindsey and Cole; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Riley, Bella and Jupiter; and his siblings, Elwood Jr., Elizabeth, Ronnie, Roy, Bobbie and David. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
