He was predeceased by: his grandson Michael. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cummins; his children, Liz Monk, Mike Niederhelman, Bob Cummins, Becky Niederhelman, Bill Cummins and Tracy Foley; and his grandchildren, Erica, Alesha, Jessica, Christie, Aaron, Clayton, Nikki, Jeffery, Amanda, Brandi, Rachel and Lauren. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
