He is survived by: his wife Betty Mullis; his children, Anika, David, Stephanie, Nick, Mariah, Michael, Samantha, Cody and James; his grandchildren, Makayla, Kayce, Logan, Brylee, Zerrin, Colton, Serenity, Aubreigh, Baylee, Mason, Chloee, Rossi and Levi; and his siblings, Mark (Marji), Elmer, Bill, Donnie, Michael, Bobbi, Dawn (Larry), Judy Day, Sandy and Robin. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and Friends.
