He was predeceased by: his sister Porsche Cox. He is survived by: his wife Janie Crump Cox; his sons, Michael Cox, Scotty Cox (Melissa) and David Cox; his grandchildren, Savannah, Samantha, Morgan, Erika and Carla; and his siblings, Tyrone Cox, Arnold Cox, Jimmie Cox, Bobby Cox and Margie Kabler.
