He is survived by: his wife Angela Bates Smith; his children, Nick, Rosa (Kyle), Haley (Dylan), Austin, Ethen, Colton, Paeton and Crystal; his grandchildren, Logan, Aubreigh, Ronnie, Claire, Easton, Carter, Everleigh and Nacoah; and his siblings, Bascom Smith (late Cathy), Denver Smith (Loretta), Damon Smith (Sherry), Ed Smith (Tina), Kelly Smith (Valerie), Ruby Hathorn (Ronnie), Marcella Hazelbaker (late Junior), Kathy White (Jeff) and Peggy Taulbee (Billy Jo). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
