He is survived by: his spouse Shawnda Mahaffey; his grandchildren, Maegan Christianne Mahaffey, Kayla McCoy, Jarred Brewer and Krysta Faye Hernandez; his great grandchildren, Brayden Brewer and Corbin Brewer; and his siblings, Gene Mahaffey (Mary) and Jeff Mahaffey (Cindy). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
