It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Scott Carr (Felicity, Ohio), who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee and Papaw Carr (Mamaw Carr); and his brother Jeffy. He is survived by: his parents, Geoffrey Carr and Rona Carr; his siblings, Kristen Kamp (Andy) and Troy Newton (Stephanie); his nieces and nephews, Geoffrey, Katy, Jaykobe, Addy, Aubrey, Raylee Newton, Randall, Delaney, Brianna (Brian), Elizibeth and AJ Kamp; his great-niece McKinley Longo; his cousin Tony Brierly; and his friend Joey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Felicity Christian Church (847 OH-133, Felicity, OH 45120). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
