We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2021, at the age of 82, Jobyna Clinger of Felicity, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carl "Dick" Clinger; and her parents, Sonny Boots and Edna Boots. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Illie (late Roger), Vicky Emmons (Rick) and Richard Clinger (Sharon Kattine); her grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Boling (David), Brandon Illie (Megan), Kelli Hoskins (Michael), Dustin Clinger (Heather), Derek Clinger (Mackenzie) and Charlotte Jacobs (Richard); her great grandchildren, Jadyn, Mason, Baylee, Harper of Alexa, RJ and Hunter; and her siblings, John Boots (Rachel) and Diana Maynard (Pete).
