With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Kay Fultz of Felicity, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Steve Freeman. She is survived by: her husband William Ray Fultz; her daughters, Beverly Norwell and Terri McCloud (Brian); her grandchildren, Kristine Bishop (Eric), Blake McCloud (Jamie), Tiffany Wehrum (Alex), Austin McCloud (Susan) and William Norwell (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Maddux, Brylee, Aiden, Korbin, Kinlie, Zoee, Kenton, Shelbee, Rylie, Brock, David, Acen, Alexis, Savannah, Jason, Will and Jeff; and her siblings, Robert Douglas Freeman (Ann), Mike Freeman (Connie), Craig Freeman and Pam Drew (Charlie). She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and friends.

And her laugh is one my favorite childhood memories from Family reunions at aunt Faye’s house and my grandpa Gil Fultz’s house. She was always fun to be around.
