It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Mattingly (Felicity, Ohio), who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Norma Cossens Mattingly; his children, Mike Mattingly, Gary Mattingly (Anita), Kandi Janke (Bill) and Brett Mattingly (Carrie); and his sisters, Lucy and Thelma. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren.
