It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwyane D. Neal of Felicity, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Chester Ray Neal; and his parents, Chester Neal and Thelma Neal. He is survived by: his sons, James Pearce Dalton, Jordan Neal and Daniel Neal; and his siblings, James Neal and Phyllis Armacost. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
