He was predeceased by: his brother Chester Ray Neal; and his parents, Chester Neal and Thelma Neal. He is survived by: his sons, James Pearce Dalton, Jordan Neal and Daniel Neal; and his siblings, James Neal and Phyllis Armacost. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
