He is survived by: his children, Robin Hicks (Ralph) of Georgetown, Jodi Haynes of Harrison, William Haynes of Harrison and Lisa Stansberry of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Rachel Hicks and Coty Hicks (Caryn). He is also survived by eight other grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
