She was predeceased by: her parent John Frost. She is survived by: her parent Edith Faye Hartley (Daugherty); her spouse Dwight E. Dick; her daughter Tiffany Schaffer (Michael) of Bethel, Ohio; her grandchildren, Allan Haave, Desiree Pendland and Nevaeh Schaffer; and her siblings, Sharon Carson of Amelia, Edna Flairida of Georgetown, Ohio and John R. Frost of Georgetown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
