He is survived by: his wife Marcella Smith Hazelbaker; his children, Paula McCann, Billy Hazelbaker (Michelle), Vicki Griffith (Robert) and Cora Stiles (Josh); and his siblings, Eddie Hazelbaker (Sarah), Mary Hayslip (late Harlan) and Billie Vollmer (Fred). He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren. 4 Great-Grandsons.
