He is survived by: his children, Samantha Rose (Kyle Vance), Amber Dawn (Francisco Merino), Cheyenne Stevenson (Matt Berens) and Michael "Donavan" Meddock; and his grandchildren, Kingston, Josie, Gabriel, Rory, Bowie and Kenji. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, work family, friends and other family.
