She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Guinn (Larry) of Fayetteville and Tammie Holden (George) of Fayetteville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Dwayne Holden (Nicole) of Lynchburg, Bill Eugene Adkins (Jessica) of Fayetteville, Shawn Adkins-Thole (Brent) of Cincinnati and Neil Holden (Hollie) of Lynchburg, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Cody, Zoe, Emmit and Everlie; and her siblings, Janet Sutherland of Fayetteville, Patricia Baird of West Chester and Kenneth Waits of Florida.
