He is survived by: his wife Shirley Joyce Phillips (Banks); his children, Rick Phillips, Tammie Garner (Darrell), Rodney Phillips (Cindy) and Kristi Adams (Nick); his grandchildren, Stephanie South (Steve), Tabitha Hendrxy (Adam), Jeremy Garner, Jamie Phillips (Kathy), Jason Phillips (Erica), Travis Phillips (Jennifer), Brandon Adams, Noah Adams and Carrington Adams; his great grandchildren, Zoe, Riley, Madison, Lucas, Kody, Kameron, Oaklynn, Maddy, Cameron, Corey and Joanie; and his brother Dennis Phillips.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Martin Cemetery.
