He was predeceased by: his parents, Byram Moore and Beatrice Moore; his wife Loni Moore; his son Chip Webster; and his brothers, Donald Moore and Steven Moore.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Webster (Bonnie) of Covington, Randy Webster (Carla) of Fayetteville and Nick Moore of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his siblings, Byram Moore (Barbara) and Karen McKeown of Loveland, Ohio.. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
