He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sparks and Clara "Ginny" Sallee. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Gibson of Amelia and Kelsey Sparks of Fayetteville; and his brother Roy Sparks. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
