He is survived by: his sister Alice Marie Dixon (Fitzgerald); and his children, Daniel Edward Fitzgerald, Alyce Jean Fisher (Fitzgerald), Johnna Mae Florio (Fitzgerald), Paul Van Fitzgerald, Carol Faye Sharp (Fitzgerald) and Francis Patrick Fitzgerald (Frank). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
