He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Nathan and Erle Louise Millikan (Hatfield); and his sister Betty Brower. He is survived by: his wife Sue Millikan (Worthman); his children, Cindy Millikan of Delaware, Bryon Millikan of Loveland, Daniel Millikan of Loveland, Thomas Millikan (Michelle) of Encinitas and Terron Cruey (Harley) of Owensville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Millikan of Springboro, Alana Millikan of Encinitas, Chase Millikan of Encinitas, Cheyenne Clift of Batavia, Perry Branham of San Antonio, Jake Cruey of Owensville, Ohio and Grace Cruey of Owensville, Ohio; and his friend Casey Clift (Cassandra) of Lynchburg, Ohio..
