He is survived by: his wife Barbara Isaacs (Horn); his children, Charles Gary Isaacs of Fayetteville, Michael Wayne Isaacs of Milwaukee, Joshua Cody Isaacs (Ashleigh) of Fayetteville and Ashley Nicole Isaacs of Milford, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shane Austin Isaacs, Mary E. Isaacs, Matthew Isaacs, Lindamae Isaacs and Victoria Isaacs; and his sister Brenda Briscoe (Fred) of Morrow.
