He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Rupp and Laura Rupp (Miller); his daughter Kimberly Sue Fruchey-Laguio; and his siblings, Robert, Pete, James Rupp, Betty Falkenberg, Judith Metz and Laurene Rupp.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Angela Roe (Brian); his grandchildren, Kelsie Reeves (Brandon), Kendal, Kyle Kuhn, Asia and Luke Laguio (Alison); and his siblings, Elaine Nofziger (Joe), Emagene Stuckey (Robert) and William Rupp.
Monetary contributions in Tom's memory may be directed to the Fayette Church of the Nazarene.
