He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lowell J. Miller and Dorothy A. Miller (Beck); his girlfriend Darlene Mason; his children, Nichole Hiles (Bryan), Cory Adams (Chassity), Toby Adams, Brandy Jarvis (Joe), William Schmitt and Joseph Schmitt (Shae); his grandchildren, Angel, Faith, Layne, Ian, Hayden Dawn Adams, Nikolas (Mireya), Kabrina Houston, Amelia, Donavan Hiles, McKenzie Czajkowski (Josh), Kylie (Trevor Warton), Landon, Mason Schmitt and Ryiah Hoffer; and his siblings, Mark (Amy), Larry, Brian Miller (Billie Jean), Luan Rochefort (Dave) and David Miller.
Memorial donations in Neil's memory may be given to the family for future designation.
