He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Elizabeth Herzog, Sr. (Stevens); and his former wife Mary Herzog. He is survived by: his wife Lynda A. Herzog (Head); his children, Lois Grace (Bob), Louis Herzog, Jr., Tanya White (Craig), Debbie Nester (Mo), Mark Herzog (Tersa) and John Herzog (Debra); his stepchildren, Stacey Kraft, Ryan Head (Jilian) and Jason Head; his brother William Herzog (Mary Ellen); and his parents-in-law, Merle and Marcille Suntken. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
