She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Kaiser and Juanita Kaiser (Cook); her brother Stan Kaiser; and her son Steven Jeffrey Blue. She is survived by : her husband Burton A. Blue; her sons, David Blue (Christine) of Hicksville, OH and Thomas Blue (Terri) of Santa Claus, IN; her grandchildren, Taylor, Logan, Stephanie and Neil; and her great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Reid.
