He is survived by : his wife Cynthia (Bourn) of Evergreen, OH.; his parents, Gerald Evans and Roberta Evans; and his siblings, Pam Evans, Ellen Steinberg, Diane Meek, Bob Hedderick, Donnie Hedderick (Cynthia), Jathan Evans (Stephene), Cristy Cavazos, Carli Meyer (Nicholas), Kim Kline (Nickolas), Tyler Lange, Rylie Goebel, Logan Cavazos, Amya Cavazos, Kennedy Evans, Scotlynn Evans and Rainier Meyer.

In lieu of flowers the family would like to donate to Chosen People Ministries, a ministry that was very close to Doug's heart.
