He is survived by: his children, Amanda Sampson (RJ) of Fostoria, Alexis Hernandez (Ian Madden) of Toledo and Daniel J. Hernandez of Bowling Green; his granddaughters, Molly, Callie, Lily, Olivia, Lilith and Aeris; and his siblings, Minerva Rivas, John O. Hernandez (Tina), Joe Hernandez (Becky), Mary Halifko (Dan), Ernesto Hernandez (Maggie), Cecilia Crawford (Charles), Maria Yates (Rondy) and Arturo Hernandez (Pam).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to the benevolence of the family.
