With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Hernandez of Fayette, Ohio, born in Raymondville, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2024 at the age of 58. He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Hernandez and Cecilia Hernandez (Lopez); his wife Debra Hernandez; and his brothers, Enrique and Alberto Hernandez.

He is survived by : his children, Amanda Sampson (RJ) of Fostoria, Alexis Hernandez (Ian Madden) of Toledo and Daniel J. Hernandez of Bowling Green; his granddaughters, Molly, Callie, Lily, Olivia, Lilith and Aeris; and his siblings, Minerva Rivas, John O. Hernandez (Tina), Joe Hernandez (Becky), Mary Halifko (Dan), Ernesto Hernandez (Maggie), Cecilia Crawford (Charles), Maria Yates (Rondy) and Arturo Hernandez (Pam).

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home (219 S Fulton St, Wauseon, OH 43567). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to the benevolence of the family.
