He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry, Mary Lou Wilson, Della Higgins, Marguerite Braun, Sylvan, Darlene Stockman and Ray Rumsey.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry Higgins and Felicia Stockman; his grandmother Doris Rumsey; and his siblings, Dustin Higgins (Amy Crawford), Shosta Pupos (Daniel) and Stephanie Bail (Joseph Grizzle). He is also survived by canine companion, Mo; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and social distancing restrictions, only a limited number of individuals will be allowed to visit with the family at a time and masks are required.
