He is survived by: his wife Jan Marie Durbin Satterfield; his children, Amanda Satterfield, Jamie Satterfield (Shawn Caudill) and Jeremy Satterfield; his grandchildren, Kamdon Satterfield, Colt Satterfield, Jenna Satterfield and Kinsley Caudill; his siblings, Ralph Satterfield, Marty Knapp (Dean) and Ruth Grubb (Dale); his aunt Ruth Self; his mother-in-law Nancy Durbin; and his siblings-in-law, Joy King (Jon), Jackie Wilks (John), Julie Blackburn (Stan), Linda Satterfield and Jim Durbin (Carol).
