He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amaryllis "Amy" Hill Perkins and Orville Perkins; and his siblings, Jeannette McMurry (Robert), Harold Eugene Perkins, Carl Mike Perkins (Pam), Loretta Johnson, Randy Perkins, Pamela Kimmey (Rick) and Orville Lee Perkins (Arlene). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
