He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Edward and Rose Margaret Grooms Hawkins; his son Bronson Hawkins; and his brothers, Orville Eugene Hawkins and James Dean Hawkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary J. Perkins, Sharon Burden, Edith Gardner, Barb Dennis, Shirley Hawkins, John Hawkins, Steve Hawkins, Chris Hawkins and David Hawkins; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
