She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Leach and Gladys Smith Leach; her husband Dryden Dean Martin; her daughter Amber Rae Jones-Haines; her siblings, Kenny, Paul, Norman, Ann and Ellie; and her close friend Richard Little.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Lyn Sandlin (Carl), James Theodore Culwell (Amy Evans), Jason Michael Culwell (Megan Park) and Daniel Lee Martin; her grandchildren, Wesley Sandlin, Andrea Stone (James), Anthony Culwell, Connor Culwell (Macy Slatzer), Cameron Culwell, Ava Culwell, Logan Gooldin, Calvin Haines and Elliot Haines; her great grandchildren, Sofia Slatzer, Baby Olivia Slatzer and Brady James Stone; her siblings, Jeff, Steven, Larry (Carolyn), Ronnie (Char), Randy, Emma (George), Ruthie, Rosemary, Cindy and Pam; her close friend Patricia Gardner; and her pets, Callie and Maddie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
