He was predeceased by: his parents, Eskel Blair and Kate Blair (Williams); his son Danny Ray Blair; and his siblings, Sue Anderson, Billy and Ray Blair.
He is survived by: his sons, Barry "Buff" Blair (Shannon) of Fayette County and Terry Joe Blair of Fayette County; and his brother Jack Blair. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family, as well as his many friends.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Children's Hospital or Autism Awareness.
